The minister is in the country to attend the Special Olympics that is begin held in Abu Dhabi from March 14 to March 21.
He also commented on Brexit saying, ‘Brexit is something we would prefer not to have’.
According to him, this region is increasingly becoming important to Ireland irrespective of Brexit.
