Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, at Atlantis The Royal and Gault&Millau UAE are teaming up to host an exclusive wine dinner in association with Château Lynch-Bages.

The Bordeaux beverage producer has selected a unique collection of wines to pair with a special menu from Dinner by Heston Blumenthal’s Chef de Cuisine, Tom Allen.

The exclusive event will take place on Wednesday December 13, at the Dinner by Heston Blumenthal restaurant at Atlantis The Royal.

Gault&Millau Masters

It is the second volume of the Gault&Millau Masters Series, following from a four-hands dinner with chefs Jason Atherton and Nick Alvis in November.

Dishes on the menu include some Heston Blumenthal favourites available in Dubai for the first time.

The menu includes, Salmon Tart, Plum Fruit, Lobster Kedgeree, Cod in Cider, Venison and Pickled Cherries and Bohemian Cake.

The restaurant is famed for historic English dishes with a twist from celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal.

The wines being paired with the meal have been chosen by the restaurant’s head sommelier Arturo Scamardella alongside Pierre-Louis Araud from Château Lynch-Bages, who will be present on the evening to present the wines to diners.

Prior booking is essential for the exclusive event.

There are two options available to guests; a six-course dinner (with five beverages) for AED2,750 per person, or a five-course option (with four beverages) for AED1,750 per person.
