Project on man-made islands includes five-star and boutique hotels
The company behind the project is Kleindienst Group, a leading UAE-based real estate agent and developer with over 30 years’ experience in the international property market.
The Heart of Europe will have six hotels, including the five-star luxury Mont Royal Family Hotel on the Main Island.
The hotel will be dedicated to families and will be managed by a leading operator.
Construction work on the islands is expected to continue until the end of 2016.
The Heart of Europe will be home to climate-controlled areas, featuring rain and snow-lined streets.
It will also feature floating villas, the world’s largest open aquarium, according to Kleindienst Group.
Construction work on the islands started in January 2014.
