Dubai-based developer Omniyat has sold three of the most expensive penthouses in the region, worth more than AED260 million.
The luxury properties are located at the company’s One at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection development.

Omniyat sold the first penthouse back in 2017 for a record price of AED102m – at the time the most expensive apartment sold in Dubai.
The second and third most expensive penthouses were sold in Dubai for AED85m this year, and AED73m in 2019.
In the third quarter of this year, Dubai’s prime residential market saw 4,827 apartments and 506 villas change hands, according to a report from Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty.
Combined, they were worth AED16.1 billion, a slight 3.67 percent drop from the second quarter, according to the report, which took data from the government’s Dubai Land Department.
