Today, Tameer Holding is developing key projects in the UAE, such as master-planned communities ‘Al Salam City’ in Umm Al Quwain and ‘Al Ameera Village’ in Ajman; ‘Princess Tower’ in Dubai Marina, which is slated to be one of the world’s tallest residential towers; and more residential and commercial towers than we can mention are in various stages of construction across the UAE.

The company is also has a number of international developments including ‘Madinat Al Majd’ in Jordan and ‘Al Hanaa City’ in Libya. Tameer’s investment portfolio in real estate alone exceeds a healthy US$41bn.

While being a billionaire businessman and heading a growing company is undoubtedly reward in and of itself, Ayesh was also named ‘CEO of the Year’ in the property development category of ITP Publishing Group’s (publishers of
Arabian Business

) annual CEO Awards, held in Dubai in October this year.
