He took over in 2005 from his father Talaat Moustafa, the experienced Egyptian business leader  WHO HAD led his company from strength-to-strength over the years, building up one of the country’s most respected brands and recently announcing that the company will raise an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Egyptian stock exchange – the largest of its kind in Egypt this year and a massive achievement.

Based on the offer price, the firm will have a market capitalisation of US$4.2bn and will become the second largest listed company on its home.
