As the HR director at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Company, Saeed Al Shamsi is in charge of implementing its Emiratisation policies and employee development. ADNEC, which has been around for about a decade, is comprised of Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, Al Ain Convention Centre, ExCeL London, Capital Centre, Capital Gate, Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, Aloft Abu Dhabi, Aloft London ExCeL and IDEX LLC. It hosts the emirate’s largest exhibitions and events.
