Nabil M Ramadhan, who previously served as the chief operating officer of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Authority, oversees 14,000  employees in his current position at Jumeirah Group. He also leads the strategy department and supervises the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.
