Koray Genckul has been working with Hilton Worldwide for the past 14 years in a number of different locations, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE and Turkey. For the last five years, Genckul has led the HR operations across the Middle East and Africa region, and has recently become responsible for overseeing HR for the company’s full service hotels in Turkey and corporate HR consultancy across MEA.
