Ali Kolaghassi is a real estate developer whose role as vice chairman and CEO of Jordan-based Saraya Holdings won him an appointment as Real Estate Industry Champion by the Young Arab Leaders Organization in December of 2005. His firm is dedicated to turning undiscovered locations into top class destinations. Two of the main projects the company is dealing with are in Aqaba and the Dead Sea, and the other two are in Oman and Ras Al Khaimah in the U.A.E. with an aim to develop the areas into tourist havens.
Saraya Holdings collaborates with Saudi firm Saudi Oger Ltd., a company where he holds a Vice Chairman position. Kolaghassi previously worked with the Saudi firm and continues to serve as a board member of Saudi Oger Telecom. Kolaghassi succeeded in expanding the firm’s operations into contracting, property management, maintenance and banking.
Kolaghassi now plans to venture into Russian territory with a new development on the Black Sea of Sochi.
Aside from his work with Saraya Holdings, Kolaghassi is a board member of Abdali Investment & Development, which provides a platform for him to spearhead the region’s real estate sector. The target of this forum is to develop a central district in Amman.
