Bajaj joined the FIVE Family in 2017 as Director of Front office and rapidly ascended the ranks to his current position as Group General Manager in 2020 due to his dedication in ensuring exemplary FIVE-styled guest experiences, unlike any other.
His holistic, long-term vision combines agile strategic thinking for revenue generation with a strong working knowledge of operations and exceptional talent management skills.
FIVE hosts over 18 luxury events in nine venues weekly and has been recognised as the Best Hotel Group and a Top 10 Workplace for Women.
In response to the Covid-19 crises, Bajaj established a system of duty rotations amongst teams across departments and directly linked salaries to revenue generation to service FIVE’s ‘Long Stay’ and ‘Stay and Dine’ offers while maintaining established standards for every employee.
