Khalid Alkhudair is a serial entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Glowork, an employment organisation that has created thousands of jobs for women and has been awarded for innovation in job creation by the UN, ILO and World Bank.
He is the first Saudi Ashoka Fellow, Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum (Wef) and an Endeavor Entrepreneur. Previously, at the age of only 28, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer – Markets at KPMG in Saudi, Kuwait, and Jordan.
In 2013 Khalid led Glow Group to expand its operations into different verticals and has transformed it from a start-up to a well-established business with over 120 employees.
Alkhudair has published a book entitled Communicating Effectively in the Work Place. He has received numerous awards including the Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award at the Global Thinkers Forum, The King Salman Award for Entrepreneurship and Saint Mary’s University Young Alumni of the Year.
