Camilla d’Abo is a recognised business leader with over 20 years’ experience leading businesses in the Middle East. Having lived and worked in Dubai for nearly 40 years, she possesses a unique knowledge of the region and exceptional credentials and reputation for managing marketing campaigns for global brands and clients.
In 2004, D’Abo co-founded integrated communications agency DABO & CO, and over 12 years the business grew to an 80-strong team, representing leading brands including Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, BMW, Rolls-Royce, Nike and HSBC.
In 2015, the Dubai Government listed DABO & CO. among the top 100 performing SMEs in Dubai. That same year, it was sold to the world’s largest global PR firm, Edelman.
Since leaving Edelman in 2017, D’Abo has been Dubai managing director of globally recognised advisory and advocacy communications consultancy, APCO Worldwide, and is currently a non-executive director of one of the region’s leading award-winning design firms, Design by Roar.
