Najjar establishes partnerships to build government cadres’ capabilities, inspiring others to become part of the PMI certified programme.
Under her wing, PMI has established strong connections with influential organizations in the region through regional, national and international roles.
Najjar has played a pivotal role in bringing the importance of project management to the surface and has been instrumental in accentuating two giants from the MENA region – Emaar and Saudi Aramco – as finalists for PMO of the year Award in 2021 and in 2019, respectively.
