In her high-profile state role, this prominent Secretary-General in a ministerial rank flies the flag for gender balance in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Al Ansari holds various high-level positions, such as the Head of Media Affairs in the Office of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, the wife of the King of Bahrain.
Prior to her roles in the state as a Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Women, she held positions at BATELCO (Bahrain Telecommunications Company), but it is with her work for women’s advancement and gender balance that she has contributed a lasting legacy to the Kingdom.
She continues to monitor the implementation of the National Plan for the Advancement of Bahraini Women and the National Gender Balance Model, where numerous mechanisms have been introduced and adopted by the state.
