The new service aims to revolutionise flower delivery, following the company’s strategy of tapping into its audience’s high demand for convenience. In this context, InstaShop in 2019 has launched a number of new services beyond groceries, which include the delivery of over-the-counter pharmacy products, pet care and butchery products, fresh produce and the newly launched ethnic food and specialty shops.
