ADSSSA works to develop smart systems to improve and assist the work of all the emirate’s government bodies. In 2018, Dr Al Saadi led ADSSSA to complete work on phase one of the integrated government project Tamm, which involved converting documents from 15 government bodies into integrated electronic data.
ADSSSA is now supervising the establishment of customer service centres, which aim to offer smart services at the highest international standards.
