Ithmaar Bank is a Bahrain-based Islamic bank that provides services for retail, commercial, treasury and financial institutions. The bank is a subsidiary of Ithmaar Holding, which is listed on the Bahrain Bourse and Dubai Financial Market (DFM). In May, the bank reported a net profit of $8.62m for the three-month period ended March 31, an increase of 79 percent compared to the same period in 2018.
