Ismail Al Hammadi is the current CEO and founder of Al Ruwad Real Estate and Biznet Consulting, two renowned and well-established companies in Dubai. He is known for establishing iron-clad relations with the government and semi-government bodies, such as Dubai Municipality, DCCA, DMCC, DED, DLD and Dubai Industrial Park, enabling him to provide appropriate consultancies concerning sales or purchase of properties, as well as valuating and offering sound investment advice.
Al Hammadi launched his career in 1997 in Dubai’s Department of Economic Development, followed by a stint at Dubai Healthcare City in 2004 while in 2005 joined Dubai Industrial City, overseeing the government relations. That led to a breakthrough in his career, as he was appointed sales manager for TECOM Group in 2010. In 2013, Al Hammadi was appointed executive director of business development within the same company.
The same year, Al Ruwad Real Estate was born – a company which has received several awards for its unequivocal customer service throughout the years and has become one of the top leading real estate agencies in Dubai. In 2015, Biznet Consulting was formed, and helps investors and developers to set up their businesses and projects in Dubai.
