The founder of the Middle East’s largest private sector property developer always thinks big. Damac Properties’ hospitality division is looking to have developed 5,546 rooms by the end of this year, including its flagship development on Al Khail Road to be operated by Paramount Hotels and Resorts.
The company posted net profit of AED2.8bn in 2017, and Sajwani’s ambitions have turned global – he wants Damac towers in gateway cities across the world.
