Alongside Driven Properties, this talented entrepreneur has set up multiple ventures across Dubai. He is the founder of Driven Holiday Homes, which manages the largest portfolio of holiday-let apartments in the city. With Driven Holiday Homes growing in size, Al Ajaji has formed a number of other businesses that only service one client in Driven Holiday Homes.

Al Ajaji also launched Lamar Capital Management, an asset management firm that specialises in managing assets in the real estate space as well as real estate developments. Lamar is currently engaged in a number of developments in Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai South, as well as the regeneration of the Satwa district.

He followed that with Unbox, the largest co-working space in Dubai, offering entrepreneurs an opportunity to work alongside each other and learn from each other’s experiences. With Unbox focusing purely on real estate innovation in the start-up ecosystem, the vision is to transform the industry and introduce integral innovative tools that can support not only his companies, but also the industry as a whole.

Al Ajaji holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Economics from the Pennsylvania State University. He has also completed his MBA from London Business School.
