Ihab Fikry is the founder and CEO of Almentor FZCO, a Dubai-based free zone company launched in 2016 that owns and manages almentor.net, the leading business-to-consumer and business-to-business video-based digital learning platform. It has been designed to be used by all Arabs and Arabic speakers all around the world.
Dr Fikry was born and raised in Egypt and has been living in Dubai with his family since 2014. Before founding Almentor, he amassed more than 20 years of multinational experience, including extended periods with blue-chip corporations such as energy giant ExxonMobil.
He has also published four best-selling management books in Arabic, which present his own theories regarding the most important and critical management related topics that, he believes, are regretfully missing within big parts of the mindsets in this part of the world.
He is a well-regarded presenter on the highest rated viewership and listenership media channels in Egypt and the Arab world, while he also moves rapidly between online and offline at universities, bookstores, international organisations and public events to present, share and discuss deeply and widely his thoughts and theories in modern management.
