Lucy Bruce is best known for having founded day-shelter Harmony House for destitute children in India in 2009. It provides food, shelter, education and medical care for over 200 children, as well as giving social support and vocational training to underprivileged mothers and young women. But Bruce, a UAE resident since 1999, also co-operates Eco Nursery, the UAE’s first and only ecological and socially responsible children’s nursery.
