Leading the company is CEO and board member Andrew Elias, who has been at the helm of the Australian outfit’s operations in Dubai since it set up a joint venture with developer Enshaa in 2005.

Kele has launched its own MEP division, which is working on over $250mn of projects, and is adding new business streams, including infrastructure and landscaping.

Elias said: “The main factor that will determine the success of contractors for the coming few years is having the right resources to be able to deliver projects on time and in line with clients’ requirements to the standard expected.

“Kele is ready for this and we are making certain we have more than enough management, labour and equipment to do this,” he said.

Kele added: “The next 12 months will be very exciting for us.

“We are commencing our first major healthcare project, working on some multi-billion dollar projects along with several design and build projects, which is a core strength,” he said.
