Employing over 3,300 staff across its offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Doha, Cairo and Dubai, GINCO General Contracting remains largely UAE-focused. The company, one of the most established contractors in the UAE, is under the leadership of the founder’s son, Masood Gheyath.
This year, GINCO inked a $190.5mn deal with Nakheel for the construction of its Warsan Village Community. GINCO has also been involved in the construction of $16.5mn worth of development for Wasl Properties. Possibly one of the company’s biggest deals is the massive staff accommodation complex in Al Quoz, developed by Dubai Properties.
