Three new fine dining restaurants are set to open in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, later this month.
The restaurants include Nozomi, an award-winning restaurant first opened in Knightsbridge, London, in 2004. The fine-dining restaurant later opened a spot in Riyadh, the Kingdom’s capital, but is now opening a restaurant in the Al Matal Complex in Al Khobar.
Nozomi, which was founded by Marios George, is being opened by the Cavadore group, along with a Greek restaurant Hellenika, and Belgravian Brasserie. All three restaurants will open on the same day – February 20.
“It’s an honour to share Mohammad Saad Al Moajil’s vision to bring to Al Khobar, three magnificent and original fine dining experiences and ranks as the most exciting adventure I have had the privilege to be a part of in my 40 years as a restaurateur,” Marios George, founder of the Cavadore group said in a statement.
Nozomi offers Japanese cuisine fused with French subtleties, with the Al Khobar branch featuring an exclusive menu.
Hellenika is aimed at celebrating traditional Greek culture, with Mediterranean soul rooted in the restaurant’s design and food choices, featuring fresh market and home-style preparation.
Finally, Belgravian Brasserie is a homage to the traditional art deco brasseries found throughout France in the 1920’s. The menu combines authentic French recipes, a gourmet meat parlour, seafood platters, and modern flavours adopted by George and inspired by French cooking.
