West Beach on Palm Jumeirah is set to get a whole lot more exciting and vibrant with the launch of two new beach clubs – Playa Beach Club and SĀN Beach.
The colourful new Playa Beach Club concept will offer soulful music with exquisite fusion cuisine by Peruvian chef Carlo Valentino and a signature “Pisco” inspired cocktail drinks menu crafted by the beach bar team.
Playa’s food inspirations originate from the diversity of the Peruvian climate and landscapes, including the desert strip on the Pacific coast, its capital Lima, the Andes, and the Amazon basin.
Playa Beach Club will offer an indoor restaurant as well as multiple outdoor lounge areas, from the beautiful white sandy beach adjacent to the swimming pools facing one of Dubai’s most gorgeous skylines and sun-downer views, overlooking the Dubai Eye.
Playa Beach Club will also host daily programmes of lively events, from brunch feasts of Peruvian flavors and free flowing drinks, to signature business and corporate lunches, Sunday live cooking, and daily inspirational sunset rituals.
The Playa Beach Club will welcome visitors to its doors and shores on 4 May and will be open from 10:00am to 2:00am.
Meanwhile, The Palm will also welcome a new culinary experience, beach destination, and soul retreat through the launch of SĀN Beach on Thursday, 14 April.
Located at The Club, Palm West Beach, SĀN Beach offers an soul-settling decor, a private pool, beach access, and an exclusive pool bar and an experience, set against the backdrop of a majestic Dubai skyline.
It aims to be a deep Bohemian breath of relief in the midst of Dubai’s concrete jungle, the beach club said in a statement.
SĀN Beach will have an internationally inspired menu that nurtures and delights every taste, from breakfast to sun-downers, and more.
The club will also host resident DJs, guest musicians, as well as weekend performances by SĀN’s own resident band The Nomades.
Inspired by and named after Africa’s first people, the San, a legendary indigenous people who live in harmony with nature, SĀN Beach is a rediscovery of living in Dubai – a new meaning and a new experience that intends to transform, to soothe, and to invigorate.
The restaurant gives way to a lush landscape, white silky sand, elegant loungers and cabanas, with floating veils drifting out onto the seafront.
Patrons will have the option of choosing to lounge in sofas, sunbeds, floating cabanas, beach cabanas, or beach villas, which can be booked through SĀN’s reservation hotline or VIP concierge service.
