India’s integrated health and wellness start-up, Cure.fit, has announced the launch of Mind.fit at Shorooq Community Centre, Mirdif in Dubai, its first international yoga studio.
The sessions in Mind.fit are crafted by a team of experts, with a warm up, full body workout and cool down to provide a seamless integration between physical and mental fitness.
The centre aims to help reduce stress and improve an individual’s focus, mood and generate positive energy resulting in good sleep and a better quality of life.
The training module is divided into four core categories – hatha, a classical style of yoga, power yoga which is high on intensity, relax yoga which quietens the mind after a long day, and dance for joy which aims to improve cognitive skills.
Ankit Nagori, co-founder, Cure.fit, said: “We are excited to announce the launch of our first Mind.fit centre in Dubai and to continue to pioneer the paradigm shift towards yoga and meditation in a unique way that enables overall growth. Our holistic approach to mental and physical fitness will help our customers find calm and balance in their increasingly fast-paced daily life.
“Dubai is the first international launch with plan for 10 Cult centres by the end of 2019 and many more planned expansions across Mind.fit and our other verticals,” he added.
Cure.fit was set up with the mission to propagate healthy living through its four verticals – Cult.fit, Eat.fit, Mind.fit and Care.fit.
Earlier this year, the company announced the launch of its first fitness studio, Cult.fit at Palm Strip Mall, near La Mer in Dubai.
