Celebrity chefs such as award-winning personality Jason Atherton will go head-to-head with other chefs on September 18 in a live cook-off at Dubai hospitality event GulfHost Innovation Awards.
Taking place at the Armani Hotel Dubai, the competition will require the chefs to create “signature” or “wow” dishes deriving from lamb or beef, in just 30 minutes.
It will include participants such as British chef and TV personality Silvena Rowe (Omnia), award-winning chef and restauranteur Jason Atherton (Marina Social), Swedish chef Robert Nilsson (Five Palm Jumeriah) and head chef Colin Clague (Ruya).
The event will be judged by hospitality titles including Hotelier Middle East, Time Out Dubai and Caterer Middle East.
Other distinguished guests will include world renowned chef and owner of three-star Michelin restaurant, Heinz Beck.
The GulfHost Innovation Awards will host 280 hospitality industry leaders to celebrate their achievements, with 15 shortlisted entrants chosen from 46 of the region’s top hospitality equipment and solution providers.
