Nineties pop band Backstreet Boys are coming to Dubai in April as part of the revived Blended festival.
The quintet – AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson – will play at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre on Friday April 20.
Festival-goers can expect their selection of popclassics like Everybody, Shape of My Heart and I Want It That Way.
The boyband will be making their first appearance in Dubai since 2009 to headline the Blended music festival, which has previously seen the likes of Diana Krall, Elvis Costello, Robin Thicke, Kasabian, Craig David and Kool and The Gang take to the stage.
Girish Bhat, managing director at Done Events, the festival’s organisers, said, “We cannot wait to bring one of the biggest boy bands of the ’90s back to Dubai this April.
“The Blended music festival will see a mix of unique activations, food and drinks offerings and of course live entertainment.”
Tickets start from AED350 and are available at 800Tickets and Virgin Megastores.
