In an announcement made on November 4, fans without tickets can enter Qatar after the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 2022 Group Stage, starting December 2.

Fans planning to visit the country during that period still need to apply for a Hayya Card.

Previously, fans without tickets were not allowed to enter Qatar for the entire duration of the World Cup.

Earlier, Qatar announced that a PCR test will no longer be required for fans entering the country starting Tuesday, November 1.

It is only mandatory for individuals to present the health status through the Ehteraz application before entering health facilities in the country.

The Ministry has emphasised on following standard precautionary measures to reduce risk.
