Sharjah will ring in the 2023 New Year with firework displays and shows on the Al Majaz waterfront.
Al Majaz Waterfront is celebrating a 10th anniversary with an eight-minute firework display to light up the Khalid Lagoon.
Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) destinations, in coordination with the Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, is set to ring the New Year with light shows, a UAE firework displays and curated entertainment.

Bringing the Sharjah New Year’s Eve fireworks to the east coast, Khorfakkan beach will celebrate with a countdown as well as live entertainment including fire and bubble shows starting from 7.45pm.
Elsewhere in in the emirate on New Year’s Eve, Mleiha Archaeological centre is offering overnight camping to with dance, music, stargazing, and traditional hospitality such as tanoura and fire dances and an oud performance.
