The journey of women in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues to be an inspiring story for all, a spirit of entrepreneurship, innovation and excellence that evolves day by day.
To honour that story Arabian Business is proud to announce our inaugural KSA Women Excellence Awards.
Taking place on March 21 2022, the ceremony will also gather inspirational role models on one platform to share their experiences and lessons learned with the attendees.
How can I enter the Awards?
The awards cover a varied range of industries through 18 categories, including businesswoman of the year, lifetime achievement, women in government, start-up, rising star, medical and energy awards.
To be eligible for Businesswoman of the year the winner should be a business professional generally in a high-ranking leadership position within the organisation for which she works with the designation of CEO, Director or General Manager.
The key criteria for the Businesswoman of the Year award are business resilience and agility and management/leadership skills. The winner should be someone considered to have integrity in business and have a track record in fostering a workplace or environment that is conducive to women’s advancement and gender balance in the workplace.

Finalists revealed on International Women’s Day
Get your nominations in fast as entries will close on March 1, and judges will reveal the finalists on International Women’s Day on March 8.
The categories are Education, Energy, Entrepreneur, Finance, Government, Humanitarian, Inspirational, Legal, Lifetime Achievement, Media, Medical, Rising Star, Science and Technology, Special Recognition and Start-Up
The awards will be presented at a gala dinner in a five-star venue in Riyadh on March 21 2022, starting 7pm onwards. A great social occasion and an essential opportunity for networking.
