Over 56 percent of the GCC working population indicated that they intend to change jobs, the key motivator for this change being salary and employee optimism about their career prospects, according to the Hays GCC Salary Guide.
Nearly half, 49 percent, of candidates reported no change in salaries year-on-year in 2021 and 8 percent even faced a decrease.
