Paris-based talent consultancy company Lincoln has acquired a majority stake in UAE-based Cooper Fitch, which has plans for global expansion, particularly eyeing Riyadh and Ireland.

The Dubai-headquartered firm will continue to operate in the region using the Cooper Fitch brand, according to a press statement.

“This partnership leverages new opportunities for the company by offering strength in collaboration and providing added flexibility and resources to accelerate our expansion plans in Riyadh and Ireland,” Trefor Murphy, CEO of Cooper Fitch, said.

The acquisition will allow the Dubai firm to tap into Lincoln’s global network, supporting its executive search and human resource advisory services.
