Dubai’s Deyaar starts handover of Mont Rose project

Mont Rose is a residential and hotel-apartment project which comprises three towers

Deyaar Development has started the handover process for the two residential towers in its Mont Rose project, marking Deyaar’s first handover of 2018.

Located in Dubai Science Park, the Mont Rose is a residential and hotel-apartment project which comprises three towers – Mont Rose residential towers A and B, and one hotel-apartment tower, the Millennium Deyaar Mont Rose Apartments, which will be managed by Millennium & Copthorne.

The hotel tower will begin operation in September, Deyaar said in a statement.

Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar said: “Delivering a project to our owners at the beginning of the year sets the tone for what we aim to accomplish in 2018.

“Mont Rose is one of our iconic projects, which is situated to take advantage of Dubai’s up-and-coming areas – including the Expo 2020 site. Deyaar is committed to delivering quality projects that meet our exacting standards, in terms of build, location, and return on investment.”

Deyaar said it also expects to deliver The Atria in the second quarter of 2018. Currently near completion, The Atria is located in Business Bay and comprises a four-star hotel apartment tower and a residential tower.

The project has 347 serviced apartments managed by the Millennium & Copthorne Group, and 219 residential units.

Listed on the Dubai Financial Market, Deyaar is majority-owned by Dubai Islamic Bank.
