Dubai Properties has announced the on-time completion of Mudon’s Arabella townhouses, located in Dubailand.
The developer said it is welcoming new residents with a customer-centric initiative – the Handover Gallery that offers a comprehensive range of services under one roof to facilitate a seamless move-in process.
Launched in May 2015, Mudon’s Arabella includes three- and four-bedroom townhouses.

The portfolio of services available at the Handover Gallery includes du and DEWA onsite registration as well as special deals from various mortgage and home insurance providers. It also offers home owners preferential rates with select movers, home appliance vendors and landscaping companies.
Mudon’s Arabella is the first community in the city that allows residents to name their property and provides a selection of customisable Welcome Home signs at the Handover Gallery.
