Damac Properties has announced the launch of its latest luxury development in Business Bay, Dubai, with sales set to start on Saturday.
Reva Residences offer one and two-bedroom apartments overlooking the Dubai Canal, with prices starting at AED699,000, the developer said in a statement.
It added that a full-day sales event will take place on January 27 at the Godolphin Ballroom, Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
“Business Bay has become the bustling centre of Dubai’s business, leisure and entertainment district, and Reva Residences promises to live up to the neighbourhood’s lavish lifestyle proposition, from its elegant interiors to its breath-taking views,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president at Damac Properties.
Located on the south ridge of Business Bay with direct views of Dubai Canal, Reva Residences also offer landscaped gardens, temperature-controlled swimming pool, gym, steam and sauna rooms, children’s play area and outdoor courtyard.
Damac said it is offering competitive payment plans for Reva Residences, with as little as one percent monthly payment plans and up to 45 percent balance on completion.
