Dubai-headquartered developer Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) has handed over two of seven residential towers at its Andalusian-inspired community within the 1,119ha Jumeirah Golf Estates masterplanned development in the UAE emirate.
In a statement, JGE said one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments in both towers have sold out.
The handover of Tower A was completed earlier this year, with ownership handover on Tower B ongoing.
Tower C is scheduled to be handed over in Q4 2019, with the Towers D, E, F, and G on track for handover in Q2 2020.
Speaking on the news, Yousuf Kazim, chief executive officer at JGE, said: “We have dedicated all the efforts to provide an unmatched development in the market, and the high demand we witnessed for these state-of-the-art apartments shows that [JGE] is committed to meeting the needs of all kinds of buyers.”
The Alandalus integrated community at the Jumeirah Golf Estates project is made up of 715 apartments, 95 townhouses, a mosque, a hotel, and a community retail centre.
JGE announced in May 2018 that it had sold all 95 townhouses that make up the Alandalus Townhouses development.
UAE-based construction conglomerate Beaver Gulf told Construction Week in June 2017 that it was working in collaboration with JGE on the 130-townhouse Zafran project at the Jumeirah Golf Estates community.
