The UAE Embassy in China has announced that citizens and travellers departing from China to UAE must provide a negative Covid-19 PCR test taken no more than 48 hours before their departure.

As of Sunday, quarantine procedures were lifted for arrivals, and passengers from China to the UAE must now present a health declaration form on arrival. The form will be provided at the Chinese customs port.

Last month, Arabian Business reported about the update for UAE travellers to India. UAE travellers going to India have been given new guidelines as Covid-19 measures are being tightened once again.

Budget airline Air India Express has issued new guidelines governing passengers on flights from the UAE into India.

The Air India Express guidelines cover issues such as vaccinations and mask-wearing for travellers coming from the UAE.

Following the recent spurt in Covid-19 cases, countries such as Qatar, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Canada, Israel, Malaysia, Morocco and the US have reinstated measures for those arriving from China.
