PIF-backed Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) has announced a SAR 1.3 billion ($346 million) entertainment destination in Jazan.
The destination will span 60,000 square metres with 73,000 square meters of built-up space, offering entertainment and recreational facilities.

Alfanar Projects has been awarded the development contract and Gensler has been appointed to design the space.

Attractions will include an indoor golf space, thrill rides, cinema complex, karting track and more.
In addition, the venue will feature and indoor adventure center by Discovery Adventures.
SEVEN is currently involved in building over 20 entertainment destinations in Saudi Arabia with a significant investment of over SAR 50 billion.
