Rotana, a hotel management company operating in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Türkiye (MENAT), has announced the opening of Beach Bay Hotel – Mirfa, the first Edge by Rotana property in Abu Dhabi.
Edge by Rotana, launched in May 2022, is a collection of independent properties that maintain their individuality while benefiting from Rotana’s network and systems.
The new property is the seventh Edge by Rotana opening since the brand launch, with six more hotels planned across the MENAT region. The opening of Beach Bay Hotel – Mirfa increases Rotana’s presence in Abu Dhabi to 4,768 keys across 17 properties.
New serviced apartment hotel launches in Mirfa, Abu Dhabi
Mirfa, located 150 kilometres from Abu Dhabi city, is a coastal town on the western coast of the emirate. The hotel features a private beach overlooking the Arabian Gulf and offers serviced apartments for business travel, long-term stays, and family vacations.
The property comprises 76 serviced apartments, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Each unit provides sea views and includes a dining area and a kitchen.

The hotel offers two dining options: Seawaves and Breeze Lobby Lounge. Leisure facilities include a gymnasium, sauna, and swimming pool with waterfront views.
Rotana currently operates 82 hotels across the MENAT region, serving more than six million guests annually. The company continues to expand with new projects in the UAE and international markets.
