As the ambitious NEOM project and the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia continue to pave the way to completion, several hotels and resorts have been announced that are set to open to the public soon.
Among these are global names including Marriott, Anantara, Four Seasons and more.
The Luxury Collection, Sindalah
The Luxury Collection is set to open two hotels in the destination, the first will offer a mix of 70 luxury rooms and suites, including villas featuring private pools.
The second development will be an all-suite property with 115 luxury suites, situated in the retail and marina district of the island destination.
Set to open in 2024, the properties will host several culinary and leisure facilities.
The Autograph Collection, Sindalah
The Autograph Collection hotels will open in 2024, plans for the resort include 66 rooms and suites, including one- and two-bedroom villas, dining options, a kids club, and a spa.
Sindalah, slated to be the inaugural destination in NEOM to embrace guests, anticipates hosting visitors starting from early 2024.

Four Seasons at NEOM Sindalah
A luxury Four Seasons resort is set to open at Sindalah Island. The resort will feature 225 rooms and suites on the Red Sea.
The resort will also offer 52 villas ranging from one to four bedrooms with plunge pools and beach views with the Presidential and Royal Villas offering private swimming pools, gyms and access to private yacht docks.
Guests at the resort will have access to a luxurious spa experience featuring a range of treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, a hammam, and a vitality pool.
The resort features a fitness centre, multiple indoor and outdoor pools, and a diverse array of water activities including water skiing, kite surfing, windsurfing, and more.
Additionally, the on-site diving centre provides an opportunity for guests to explore the marine life and ecosystems found in the Red Sea.
YOTEL Oxagon
NEOM in Saudi Arabia will be home to the Kingdom’s first Yotel hotel. Yotel will open the doors on the NEOM property in 2025 at the Oxagon development in Saudi Arabia.
It will be the first hotel in Oxagon, which will be the home of advanced and clean industries in NEOM.
The hotel will feature 300 rooms with guests greeted by the brand’s signature robotic concierge. Guests will also have motorised smart beds, access to Komyuniti – the brand’s signature multi-functional dining and co-working space, a 24-hour fitness centre, network space and more.
The new announcement signifies Yotel’s ambition to grow projects in the Middle East region, as part of its larger strategy to reach 50 hotels by 2025.
W Hotel Trojena
The W Hotel will showcase 236 guest rooms, encompassing 47 suites that provide vistas of the surrounding mountains and freshwater lake.
This upscale establishment boasts signature brand spaces, including the Living Room, WET Deck, W Lounge, AWAY Spa, and the state-of-the-art FIT fitness center.
W Hotel at Trojena is set to present four distinct dining destinations. The expansive property also incorporates ample retail space for a curated shopping experience.
Positioned within the Lake Village of the region, the W Hotel at Trojena is part of a landscape that features a 2.8-kilometer-long architectural lake.
The Lake Village is designed to be a hub of diverse experiences, offering an array of retail and dining options, from fresh food markets to shopping avenues.
JW Marriott Trojena
JW Marriott Hotel in Trojena, set to be situated at The Bow, is expected to be a futuristic water world combining nature with technology.
The hotel will feature 500 luxury rooms and suites, and entertainment and recreational offerings such as a ballroom, meeting spaces, five dining venues, a fitness club, a kids club, swimming pools and a spa.

Leyja NEOM
Located within Leyja, a sustainable tourism destination from NEOM in northwest Saudi Arabia, will feature three experiences. The properties will offer guests adventure, nature and wellness experiences.
The destination has was developed within a natural wadi and carved between 400m-high mountains.
Designed by world-leading architects, the homes will feature 120 rooms and suites across the three properties:
- Home of Adventure – “Where raw adventure, sport, and technology collide”
- Oasis – “A celebration of nature’s generosity”
- Home of Wellness – “Cutting-edge longevity melts with ancient ritual”
Each Our Habitas home in Leyja will be sensitive to the environment as 95 percent of Leyja is preserved for nature.
Anantara Resort Trojena
Anantara Resort will feature 270 keys and offer a selection of rooms and suites, including private pools and lake or mountain views.
The resort will also offer an array of dining experiences including two specialty restaurants, an all-day dining restaurant with a show kitchen, a café and a high tea lounge as well as a rooftop majlis café.
Anantara will be home to an array of facilities including the Anantara Spa, hamams, a fitness centre, an infinity pool, a star gazing deck, an outdoor cinema, a kids and teens club and various sports activities such as padel tennis, camel, horse riding and guided walks.
Epicon NEOM
The towers will be home to an ultra-premium 41 key hotel and luxury residences that comprise of 14 suites and apartments.
A short distance from the hotel is the Epicon resort features 120 rooms and 45 residential beach villas.
It will feature a beach club, spa, watersports, high-end dining and be surrounded by nature.

Siranna NEOM
Siranna is situated on the Gulf of Aqaba coastline and is an ultra-luxurious destination home to a 65-key hotel, as well as 35 exclusive residences.
A signature beach club, spas, and state-of-the-art wellness facilities will be on offer for visitors to unwind.
The property features trails via foot or horseback to explore the sea, mountain, and wadi.
High-end dining and entertainment options are also available.
25hours Trojena
TROJENA’s 25hours team “is inspired by the futuristic architecture of the building and will include nods to science-fiction movies as well as to the alpine heritage of the brand,” NEOM said in a statement.
The hotel will feature an in-house cinema, a farm-to-table restaurant, a bike workshop with co-working, as well as a rooftop restaurant with pool.
Hotel guests can access four world-class dining outlets and a 2,000-meter destination spa and bathhouse, in addition to a ski slope roof and rooftop pool bar overlooking TROJENA’s mountains.
Morgans Originals Trojena
Morgans Originals hotel will be designed to “transport guests from the surreal and natural landscapes of TROJENA, into a world rooted in the iconic cultural legacy of the brand.”
Visitors at the hotel can access four world-class dining outlets and a 2,000-meter destination spa and bathhouse, in addition to an architecturally significant ski slope roof and rooftop pool bar overlooking TROJENA’s mountains.
“The hotel will also feature an eight-story vertical core with microclimates and immersive art experiences that will showcase the individuality of the brand,” NEOM said.
Hotel Indigo Oxagon
A 250-key Hotel Indigo property will open in Oxagon, Saudi Arabia.
IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement that will see the hotel open in Neom’s coastal industrial city, located in the Northwest region of Saudi Arabia.
Similarly, the Hotel Indigo property in Oxagon will be designed as a lifestyle destination offering exciting retail and dining concepts including cafés, a pool lounge, and a specialty restaurant.
Additionally, residents and visitors will have access to a range of leisure and wellness facilities including a spa and 24-hour fitness centre.
The Chedi Trojena
Opening in 2026, the Chedi Trojena is an upcoming first-of-its-kind hotel in the Slope Residences at the Trojena mountain resort in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As a hotel in this future-focused hospitality ecosystem, The Chedi Trojena will offer guests a range of experiences inspired by Trojena’s six distinctive districts: Gateway, Discover, Valley, Explore, Relax, and Fun.
