The famous Italian restaurant in London has made its way to heighten the culinary scene in Dubai. The restaurant is now open for reservations for its highly anticipated Dubai launch, set to take place in September.
Brought to the city through a partnership between Sunset Hospitality Group and San Carlo Restaurants, Signor Sassi is located a the St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah.
The restaurant will feature two bars, one indoor and one on the terrace with a specially designed fountain.
The interiors are designed drawing inspiration from Northern Italy’s Lake Como.
Signor Sassi will offer a menu curated by Italian culinary experts with an array of dishes including caviar, lobster, braised beef short ribs and more.
Additionally, the venue will serve handcrafted cocktails and fine Italian wines.
For the first month, the restaurant will be available for dinner service only from 6 PM to 2 AM. All-day dining will commence starting in October.
