Dubai’s One&Only One Za’abeel is now open for bookings

Boasting 229 luxurious hotel rooms and suites, as well as over 90 residential units, the building is designed to cater to both guests and residents seeking a lavish and iconic living experience.

Located securely above Dubai’s Happiness Bridge, One&Only One Za’abeel consists of two glass towers, united by ‘The Link’.

Panoramic space at One&Only One Za’abeel

Designed by the renowned Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei, the panoramic space inside will offer an array of amenities, including restaurants and bars, an observation deck, gym, spa, pool, banquet hall, and a rooftop terrace, promising an unparalleled experience for visitors.

The Link’s “panoramic space” is also set to host a range of facilities, including the infinity pool, surrounded by a wide range of dining and leisure options.

The One & Only One Za’abeel is set to open in December 2023 as per information seen on the website.
