Address Hotels and Resorts in Dubai has introduced ‘Nuha’, a virtual hospitality concierge.
This AI system, developed in-house, was unveiled at Dubai’s iconic Address Downtown Hotel during the week beginning September 4, 2023, marking a significant milestone in the UAE’s hospitality landscape.
The name ‘Nuha’, derived from Arabic meaning “guidance and self-restraint,” supports its mission to provide guests with knowledgeable assistance while maintaining service excellence.
Unlike many virtual assistants that often lack the finesse of human interaction, Nuha, powered by ChatGPT technology, offers guests a natural, intuitive, and deeply personal conversation experience.
This ensures that guests not only receive assistance but also feel genuinely understood and valued during their stay.
