Emaar Hospitality’s midscale hotel brand Rove has opened its fifth location in the UAE at the Dubai Marina.

The 384-room hotel is in walking distance to The Beach and Dubai Marina Mall, and is well-connected with the Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram.

Emaar said Rove targets the socially-connected, younger travellers through value prices and a tech-savvy environment that features a techno-hub, but it also aims to attract business guests, who can benefit from its strategic location near districts such as Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Knowledge Village and Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Rove Hotels’ other locations in Dubai include Rove Downtown, Rove City Centre, Rove Healthcare City and Rove Trade Centre, while several Rove Hotels are being planned in other locations within the city.

Olivier Harnisch, CEO of Emaar Hospitality Group, said the opening of Rove Dubai Marina supports the Dubai Tourism Vision in diversifying its hospitality offering to suit the aspirations of the new generation of travellers.

Rooms at the Rove Dubai Marina house 48-inch TVs with a smart media hub, free high-speed Wi-Fi and power showers in modern bathrooms. The hotel itself features a 24-hour boutique convenience store, outdoor pool, 24-hour gym and 24-hour self-service laundromat.
