In a traffic warning published on Twitter the RTA said motorists should expect traffic delays on these roads:

  • Al Meydan St
  • Al Khail Road
  • Al Ain Road

The RTA expects delays to occur between 1pm and midnight on Saturday, March 25.

The RTA has also urged motorists to depart early and use alternative roads to reach their destination.

In a separate message the RTA shared details of its operational plan to keep traffic moving for the event.

It said it will use 4,500 taxis to ease journeys and reduce waiting times.

It has also allocated 50 shuttle buses to take people from the Meydan area to Dubai Mall and Deira City Centre after the final race ends.

For motorists attending in their own transport there are 5,000 parking spaces across the Falcon Heritage and 6,400 spaces at the Meydan Racecourse parking lot.
