ROSHN, Saudi Arabia’s leading national real estate developer and Public Investment Fund (PIF)-funded giga project, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dawiyat Integrated Telecommunications and Information Technology Company to provide residents of its future projects in western regions with modern, high-quality fiber optic connectivity.
Under this agreement, signed at the just concluded Cityscape Global in Riyadh, Dawiyat Integrated will provide fiber optics connectivity to more than 5,660 residential units in the first phase of ROSHN’s SEDRA community, and a total number of 34,520 residential units in the seventh phase of the same project.
“With this partnership, our residents will have the best-in-class services they need to live, work, and play connected to families, friends, and colleagues,” said David Grover, ROSHN’s Group CEO.
The two companies will work to offer broadband fiber optic services to residential and commercial sectors, accounting for more than 34,520 residential units in future projects in the western region.
