Dubai Police has signed a memorandum of understanding with Radio Holland Middle East to cooperate on enhancing their Smart Boat Project (Haddad).
The agreement was signed by Major General Dr. Saleh Abdullah Murad of Dubai Police and Patrick Campagnoli of Radio Holland Middle East.
The memorandum aims to develop smart systems for Dubai Police’s Smart Boat Project, which supports police operations through expanded water area security coverage and improved response times. It also looks to reduce operational and maintenance costs of security boats.

Major General Dr. Saleh Murad said Dubai Police emphasises effective communication and knowledge sharing through collaborations.
“These efforts aim to improve performance levels, achieve Dubai Police’s strategic objectives, and ensure community safety and security,” he added.
Brigadier Dr. Hassan Suhail Al Suwaidi noted the partnership would refine the Smart Boat Project by adopting new technologies and expertise.
This reflects Dubai Police’s commitment to partnerships that support the ports police, he stated.
Campagnoli remarked Dubai Police consistently uses innovative technology solutions. “Through this partnership with Dubai Police, Radio Holland Middle East aims to participate in one of the world’s most ambitious security projects and contribute to realising Dubai Police’s future vision,” he added.
The agreement facilitates cooperation in fields like project development, knowledge exchange, system operations, training and staff growth.
